Phone Call

So I get a phone call this morning, and after I talk to whoever it was I notice I had missed a call from my hubster. He had called ridiculously early...he should know better, which is why I had missed the call. (and FYI it was 7:50 when he called. And yes I was awake just not downstairs and NO it's not actually ridiculously early...just a little early).

So I call him back. He tells me:

"I've got to stop trying to win all these Bronco tickets hunny. I just won another pair of CLUB level tickets to the Broncos/Texans game!"

So yes, my husband was caller number 8 out of who knows how many....he should have known, 8 is my lucky number! So it looks like we'll be going to a Broncos game December 26th! Sorry mom and dad, we'll have to come out on the 27th instead!!

I told him he's allowed to try to win tickets once a season. I think that's fair :) After all, 2 out of 2 times he's tried, he's won. Let's make sure we give other people a chance!

Can't wait to see me some of this. And not be hugely pregnant this time!


Oh and he's entered into the contest to be on the field for the coin toss. Cross your fingers for him!

Thankful - Part 1

Today I'm thankful for this little girl who Heavenly Father blessed us with...and for milk drops on cheeks


I'm also thankful for my first born, who will always pose for me and enjoys and shares my photography interest

And maybe for this guy too.

Themed Thursday...ish

Ok, so it's on Friday because I didn't have my card reader thingy until last night, at which point I was too lazy to do it. So here is my Themed Thursday. The challenge was Out of Focus. We could take it anyway we wanted, whether it be a part of a picture, subject, whatev. I bet you can't guess what's on my mind by the pictures I took....

I had to switch from autofocus to manual to get these, the camera wouldn't NOT focus! Of course.





And I promise I'm not peeping through other people's windows...this the reflection of our tree in a couple of our different living room windows! Cameron thought I was a peeper...





And I'm not sure if I like this last one...but it sure is out of focus :)

Sheesh it's Thursday again!! Time for another themed Thursday. This IS a current picture I took this week, but it was the only one. Due to going out of town and planning a crazy ward activity I've been busy! But it was fun to try and find something yellow that I didn't notice before. Here we go!

Themed Thursday

My sister in law's friend Alyssa does photography and she has started a new thursday party...Themed Thursday's. This weeks theme is Fall. I have to say I wasn't very original, and I didn't exactly adhere to the rules, as most of these pics are a week or two old, but it's a start! Next week is Yellow....I'm excited to stretch my brain :) Enjoy Fall!

I have LOVED this fall, and love that it's still continuing with 70 degree weather! Don't be afraid to join up, it's a fun excuse to get out your camera and practice!

Monday Night FHE

So Monday for our family home evening activity we went bowling at Fun City. M-Th they have dollar bowling and dollar shoes. Can't beat that! Kai LOVED it, only the second time he's been bowling. He beat dad too the first game!
